Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from E&C Books. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, and we cannot refund shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
